 Training in Tailoring and Garment-making: this was specifically designed to support deserted widows, Dalit women, Dobby caste women, enforced prostitutes and discarded girls. 75 women are in training per year and at the end of each training school, successful women are given sufficient resources so that together they can create their own tailoring workshop as their own venture. They thus earn sufficient secure income to support themselves and their families, and many donate in turn to finance the training of more needy women. Year by year this programme transforms the lives of more very needy families.
